Local Break Restaurant and Bar

First time there on 12/30/23.Pub/ sports bar atmosphere. We were a group of 7 family members. Went early around 5 to ensure little to no wait, which worked out perfectly. No wait at all. Friendly greeting. At first waitress was not very pleasant, only answered in "no" or "yes" responses. However, became more personable as the evening went on. I had the Buddha Bowl! EXCELLENT!! Ate my fill and still had leftovers. Don't let the label "appetizer" fool ya! My husband had the burger and completely finished it, which is usually never the case!! All of us loved our meals and are eager to return!!

My husband found this awesome spot on our annual getaway to the Outer Cape and my goodness what a find it was! The coconut curry w shrimp was next-level and the most comforting dish I didn’t know I needed this evening :) Not to be missed is the Mexican corn on the cob and the fish tacos which was served w simple greens and clementines but dressed w an incredible flavor that’ll I’m going to be thinking about for a long time.

We were in town for the day and stopped here for dinner, it did not disappoint! We had the fish tacos, chowder and local boil and it was all amazing!! The host, I think it was the owner, was so incredibly kind. They had a really loud dinner party the night we went and he was just so nice making sure the kids (as well as mom and dad) were ok with all the noise. Made an attempt to check on us multiple times. Will definitely come back here!

The food was ok, the waitress was friendly and the place seems like a nice local pub atmosphere. However, be sure you know the menu price. We paid $54 for 2 dinners, each with 1 piece of fried chicken, some Mac & cheese, 1/2 small ear of corn and spinach leaves with no dressing. We ordered them thinking the price was $21 each but got the bill and it showed $27 each. When we brought it to our waitresses attention, she proceeded to show us the menu and point out that we should have compared a #1 on the menu to what she said was a #7. They were so small and so close in appearance that we still thought it was a 1. We would never ordered fried chicken for $27 each. She couldn’t have cared less. Definitely not worth $67 for 2 fried chicken plates and 2 beers. Last time for us. We ate the next night at Red Barn, and it was awesome!! Small salads were large with focaccia bread and delicious dressing, and the grinders were delicious.

Local Break American Fare. Eastham Mass. Cape Cod very nice meal , on the fly, no menu surfing. it was late and we needed food. 4 out of 5 stars. service was fanastic and I tipped like I was a big baller. Corn was a winner !! Boys liked the fried chicken sandwich peppercorn sirloin was a bit stringy and fatty. service was super fantastic from start to finish the boys said the pretzel was the best in New England

Great looking place inside. We ordered takeout and it was delicious! We got ribs and southern fried chicken and both were really delicious. They had been really busy with lots of takeout orders, but they cooked up a storm! All wearing masks and lots of space inside to maintain distance. Well done! We will be back for a beer at the bar when this COVID is over!
